Our Fixer Upper Update (March)

It has been a while since I have blogged our progress on the house.  It's a very rewarding, but very frustrating process because when you do one thing, you end up undoing something else that you already did.  The standing joke at our house is that one of us says "We really need to do _______" and Mike says "Yeah, I'll make that a priority!"   Everything feels like a priority. :).   At any rate we keep working and I'm sure that progress is being made even though nothing is really "finished."  So here goes.

new lamps for master bedroom.  I love that it has a
built in usb and outlet.  

We had to buy a free standing headboard because we needed
to put the bed in front of the window, so I bought this.

New Master Bath (Bedroom 3 in before pics)  This month Mike
has been busy getting the plumbing going in here.  The bath is usable
which is a huge blessing!  We have hot water!  Woo Hoo! and
Mike is busy tiling the shower.  Still to go is lighting, mirrors, and finish
tiling, clean and decorate.

Mike gets my china buffet made)  Also no cabinets yet, so lots of

The old shed is a big eyesore and will be coming down.  It's a

This is Michael's tree that we transplanted
from the other house.  It is starting to get
some green on it.  

I know you have been waiting with great anticipation to see
the progress on the pink bathroom.  Well...Mike hung a
shower curtain up on the sagging curtain rod....and I stuck a
picture in there. :).   I know...you're so envious!  

Well....there is our progress so far.   We will keep on working and try to turn this into a beautiful home.
